Zahir
Zahir is a Colombian American artist known for his conceptual photography featuring landscapes, portraits, travels, and love for analog processes. In addition to visual art, Zahir composes orchestral music that often conveys emotion through melodic storytelling and communicates concepts to complement the themes of his photographs.
When Zahir isn’t traveling abroad, he resides in Salt Lake City, Utah. In addition to photography and composition, he enjoys literature, cinema, concerts, and the great outdoors.
Current projects include:
The release of his first book, Liminal, on leap year, 2024.
His debut solo exhibition February-April 2024.
Composing the soundtrack for the film “Void Formula” premiering in March 2024.
